After having to cancel our annual Holiday Auction due to the escalation of coronavirus cases in the region, our team had to get creative. We quickly pivoted to a Holiday Bundle Sale, offering our customers the opportunity to continue supporting local producers by purchasing bundles of locally-crafted goods and delicious treats. The bundles came in three sizes and included a selection of products from Integration Acres, Shagbark Seed & Mill, and local bakers and craftspeople — all packaged within a Chesterhill Produce Auction tote bag. And it was a success! We sold 147 bundles and 36 specialty wood products, such as cutting boards, rolling pins, live edge benches, tables, and bookshelves.

Yesterday, the CPA crew was busy running around to different farms to pick up loaves of bread, candy, popcorn, rugs, candles, jams, soaps, and wood products. We are eager to get them into the hands of our customers today. This season looked different in so many ways, but this new Holiday Bundle Sale may be here to stay. Thanks to our customers for continuing to shop local!

Examples of small, medium, and large bundles. Cutting board also included in medium and large bundles (not pictured).
